So in this video, I want to talk about the difference between high cortisol and low cortisol.Cortisol is a hormone made by the adrenal hormone. It does a lot of different things.You need it. You can’t survive without it, but you don’t need too much of it,and you definitely need some of it. So here are the problems. If you have high cortisol,you’re going to be tired. You’re going to have high blood pressure, eventually sagging belly,
allergies, asthma, excessive thinking constantly, especially when you’re trying to sleep at night.Low vitamin D levels, sleep problems, insomnia, sleep apnea, anxiety, bone loss, osteoporosis,or osteopenia, insulin resistance, and even diabetes eventually, so it really affects theblood sugars, cravings for carbohydrates, acne, and the list goes on and on and on.Okay, low cortisol, fatigue, weak, low blood pressure, thin, you actually have a problem
gaining weight. Darker pigment on the skin, so you almost look more tanned. On the inside of themouth, you’ll see almost like it looks blue. The lips look blue. Vitiligo. Michael Jackson had thatwhere you have these little white specks, loss of pigment. Inflammation. Chronic inflammation.Any of the itises, arthritis, bursitis, tendinitis, fibromyalgia, depression, skin issues,salt cravings like crazy, very, very low tolerance to stress. Some of these cross over,
