Are you Hungry, Even When You Are Full?
So I have a question for you. Are you ever hungry even when you’re full? So let’s say,for example, you ate a meal, you’re stuffed, but you’re still not satisfied and you need a littlesomething. If you have that, this video is for you. And there’s several reasons why you’reexperiencing that. You have insulin resistance. Now, this is a situation where you have too muchinsulin. Your cells are resisting insulin. And insulin is like the key that opens the door for
nutrients. So you’re not able to absorb all these nutrients. So your cells are kind ofempty with nutrition despite what you eat. This is very common. And what will happen is you’lleat a meal and you feel like you’re full, but you still need something. You don’t know what it is.insulin resistance. And this takes a while to fix this condition. What you have to do is you have todo a combination of healthy keto and intermittent fasting over a long period of time to fully
correct that. So that’s number one. Number two, your diet is too low in nutrients. Soyou’re eating food. It’s not nutrient dense. It takes nutrients to actually fix insulinresistance. And nutrients are one of the things that turns off hunger. So you really want to makesure your food is nutrient dense, especially the minerals. You need more potassium, more magnesium. So potassium is very, very important in helping you feel satisfied. All right, number three,
you have low bile. So your liver is not making enough bile. Bile helps you extract fat-solublevitamins from your fat that you eat and essential fatty acids. So if you’re not pulling those in,you’re not absorbing them, you’re going to be hungry because these signal the brain and tellthe brain that you’re satisfied. And number four, your fat is too low in your diet. You need tobeef up, no pun intended, the amount of fat in your diet so you can feel satisfied. So one purpose
of the fat is to actually give you the fat soluble vitamins and essential fatty acidsso you can heal insulin resistance. Now, if you’re not fasting long enough, let’s say you’re doing,I don’t know, three meals a day and you only fast when you stop eating at night and you goall the way to the next morning, that might not be enough to fix insulin resistance. Soyou do want to extend that fast longer and longer and longer, ideally at least 18 hours of fasting.
Okay. So that’s a six hour eating window because what we want to do is we want to tap into fat.If you’re doing these little snacks here and there, then you’re going to raise insulin andthen you’re going to be stuck running off your stored glycogen, which you only have1700 calories. It’s not that much. Yet you have a hundred thousand calories of fat.So we want to be able to tap into the fat and make ketones because ketones suppress your appetite.
They will help you feel satisfied. But to do this, we have to go longer with intermittent fasting. We have to keep our carbs low and we can’t snack. So in summary, you want to make sure your foodis nutrient dense. You want to make sure you’re actually doing intermittent fasting without anysnacks. You also want to make sure that your gallbladder and liver is working. You may need toadd some purified bowel salts or the gallbladder formula for this. Make sure your fat is adequate
and give it more time to work because if you have very, very stubborn insulin resistance or youwere a diabetic, it’s going to take some time to fix this situation right here. Just give it timeand you will eventually be very satisfied. All right, thanks for watching. So if you want more knowledge on how to create a healthy body, subscribe now and get dailynotifications.
