inhibit the production of bile or if you have inflammation like in hepatitis c that can createa deficiency of bile now endotoxins let’s say you do a detox and it it kind of breaks open abacteria and releases certain endotoxins i’m not going to actually talk much about this but thisis one thing that can shut down the flow of bile the solution is going to be the same but that’sjust one mechanism or let’s say you don’t have a gallbladder okay you had it removed well you’re
going to be deficient in bile and then you do keto and now your cholesterol goes up because you don’thave enough bile to get rid of it all right now what can you do to kind of help lower thecholesterol if you’re concerned just make sure your vegetables are minimally seven cups per daythat’s going to help lower cholesterol it’s because fiber helps to regulate cholesterolsecond thing is to actually take bile salts you can get them in a purified state i put a link
