Okay guys, well, you know, the study finally came out that a low-carb diet will shorten your life.Well, it looks like I’m going to have to readjust my book, all my videos. I’ll have to delete allthose videos and start over. We’re going to have to recommend more carbohydrates,breads and pastas and cereal because we don’t want to die early. Guys, I shouldn’t even haveto do this video. It’s complete, utter trash propaganda. Zero truth, okay? So the first thing
I do when I look at a study is I look at the conflict of interest, okay? And I put a linkdown below so you can read it as well. And you’re going to find received personal fees from Novartisand Zogenex, okay? These are two very large drug companies, okay? Right there, red flag. Okay,number two, which is very interesting. The amount of carbohydrates that they’re talking about thatare so-called low carb are actually 40% carbs. Now, the type of healthy ketosis that I recommend
is 5% carbohydrates. They’re talking about 40% carbohydrates and they’re saying that’slow carbohydrate. Wow. Okay. So I just want to let you know, this is enough to shorten your liferight here, big time. Plus, they’re probably adding all sorts of other stuff with it. Soyeah, it’s a joke. Okay. Number three, it was an observational study based on a questionnaire.It wasn’t a real study. This does not prove anything. If I gave you a form to fill out every
five years, right? Are you going to remember what you ate? I mean, I bet you probably don’t rememberwhat you ate three weeks ago or let alone yesterday. So the point is that this is reallynot proof at all. Okay. Number five, let’s talk about where it was published in Lancet. Okay.That’s very, very credible, right? Well, a while earlier, they also published something called thePURE study, which I’m going to put a link down below, which basically indicated that low-fat
diets put you at risk for cardiovascular disease. And the people that ate the most carbs diedearlier. Oh, one more point I want to bring up. This group had a higher body mass index. Theywere younger males. They exercised less. They smoked or had a history of smoking. They had ahigher percentage of diabetes. So how are they determining it’s the low carb and not the smokingor the this or the that? So again, guys, this is total bogus, fabricated from thin air,
