I want to talk about sulfite sensitivities. Okay, what is a sulfite sensitivity? Well,first let’s just go to the symptoms. And you can comment below if you have any of these symptoms.Hives, itching, and of course this is going to be usually after you eat something,headaches or migraines, stomach pain, sleeping trouble, flushing, like a redness, or dizzy.Now, one of the problems in sulfites is that unless you’re in America or Australia,
it’s not going to be on the label. And I listed these in the description so you can check themout. But I want to show you the foods that are high in sulfites. Canned fruit, canned vegetables,canned soups, dried fruit especially, vegetable juices, which is in a can,jams, jelly, cereal, cornstarch, tomato paste, ketchup, pickles, lime concentrate, vinegar,and of course, wine. Maybe when you think of sulfates, you automatically just think of wine,
but it’s actually in a lot of other foods. You may have heard the dry fruit, but it’s in a lotof other foods, and it’s used as a preservative. It helps to increase the shelf life. It decreasesthe growth of fungus and bacteria. But the problem is it can give you a lot of reactions.Now, certain wines that have higher amounts of sulfite, especially in the US, not as much inEurope, can make you feel like you get a headache, and you’re associating that with the alcohol,
but it’s actually the sulfites. So I just wanted to create this video to increase your awarenesson this preservative, which is in quite a few foods. But of course, if you’re on keto,you don’t have to worry about this because you’re not going to be doing this. You’re not going tobe doing this. You’re not going to be doing this or this or this or this. Maybe this, but maybe not.Definitely not ketchup. You’ll do pickles. Lime concentrate, probably not. And vinegar, yes,
but apple cider vinegar. Wine, you don’t have to worry about that because of course on keto,we don’t do wine, right? All right. One last point. Malignant. Okay.
