How to build arm strength…and size with one pitching exercise!
[Music] if you’re like me and you get bored with your ordinary traditional bicep curl exercises this is a great way to add a little twist to it in a heavy dose of core it’s called the high cable curl and crunch what we do is we anchor a a rope up high onto the cable column grip it with a overhand grip stride stance left leg back and grounded I’m going to do is two parts again I’m going to curl and then from here rotate and clunch over my left leg repeat it curl [Music] crunch substitute that for some of your ordinary curls and get a little extra out of your bicep work next time you train them
