[Music] what’s up guys Jeff Cavalier aex. com today I want to do something different a couple weeks ago I put up a video a motivational video where I showed how working out late at night can sometimes take a certain level of dedication to get it done we all know that motivation can come in a lot of different forms and words are definitely a very powerful form of that but the spoken word is not the only form motivation we all know of music music is a great way to get yourself not only fired up for a workout but to get you through a workout so what I wanted to do was I wanted to put together my 10 top workout songs of all time and then get them to you guys so you could uh use them uh work out for them get yourself all fired up just like I do now we broke it down to two parts the first one was the top five from Facebook we actually went out to Facebook and asked you guys what your top favorite workout songs were we took the top five and then I have my own five now I’m here filming NXT I have my interns here I have my camera crew here as part of our internship I told my intern Jesse that he would appear in a YouTube video now he doesn’t know what kind of YouTube video it is but today is his big moment today is his big chance Jesse you don’t know we’re doing this come on with me Jesse say hello to everybody in YouTube World how’s it going guys this is Jesse now Jesse is a bit of a ball breaker he’s a little bit of a uh jokester and he’s had fun for how long have you been with me now eight weeks or 10 yeah about 10 about 10 weeks he’s had fun trying to poke fun at me for 10 weeks now we get even now we have a good opportunity for Jesse to appear in this video so now you guys know how copyright works right when we have music you’re not really supposed to play the real music in your YouTube videos you’ll get in trouble for that um we have a way around that Jesse is going to provide the audio for you guys so in case you’re not recognizing these titles by their names only Jesse’s going to help provide the audio in a very special way so Jesse are you ready to help us out uh ready as ever okay so Jesse you’re good sport by the way uh or right off the bat we going to like I said uh list out the top five from Facebook so we’ll work in reverse order number five as voted on by You Down With The Sickness by Disturbed so Jesse would you be able to hum that for those uh people there so they can understand what we’re doing sure nice okay all right good um number four Eye Of The Tiger by Survivor one of my favorites Jesse you’re gonna hum this one but we’re gonna have you hum this one like a cat for eye of the tiger kidding me right no no come on Jesse this camera is rolling let’s go Eye of the [Music] Tiger one more time I’m getting fired upow nice all right good job all right number three as voted on by you guys thunder struck by ACDC another great song Jesse we’re going to do thunder struck while doing burpees let’s see you crank out some burpees let’s give another 10 bars Thunder okay okay okay enough enough uh number two as voted on by you Till I Collapse by M and M okay that we’re going to do that one a little bit differently though uh can you do those while doing the Jane Fonda leg exercise side leg lift exercise you know you know the one yeah you’re a little young but you know Jane Fonda you seen it let’s see that a little bit of that no no no [Music] how’s it feel it burns don’t look at me look at the camera Jesse come on those people are looking you get don’t lose eye contact with them it’s very rude all right come on good job last one voted on by you another Eminem song another personal favorite of mine actually no wait what is this Never Going To Give You Up by Rick Ashley that’s what it says right here number one Never Going To Give You Up by Rick asley you know that song right yeah I know that s let’s go give me some of it give them some of it never going to give you up never going to let no no no no no no no that’s like trying to do like a a pull-up record and doing half reps what we want to do girl for the Guinness Booker World Records what we want to do is we want to give them give it all to them let me see your best Rick asley I want the finger snapping everything let’s go Never Going To Give You Up never going to let you down never going to run around and desert you no I’m sorry I was wrong that was the number one worst song to work out to of all time I knew there was an issue um it’s actually Lose Yourself by Eminem So let’s have you hum Lose Yourself by Eminem Lose Yourself four octaves above what you normally would do it at better lose yourself in the music the moment let’s go six octaves up from where you normally at better lose in the music the moment you want you better never let it go that it that’s it as far as I can all right good job so Jesse congratulations thank you for being a sport um the list continues guys I don’t need you anymore Jesse thank you you’ve made your Shining Moment on YouTube the list continues what I did was I wanted to give you my five actually on top of those and I made a playlist for you guys all kidding aside the playlist is one that you could actually uh uh link to Down Below in the description use it work out to it and be motivated by it for me you guys know I like epic music Han Zimmer is one of the best out there number number five for me the theme from The Rock if you haven’t heard it again link it look it up it’s awesome number four sticking with that same theme the same idea of epic music anything from the soundtrack of Rocky 4 if you grew up when I did you’d know exactly what I’m talking about number three Welcome To The Jungle by Guns and Roses another classic again if you can’t get pumped up working out uh listening to that song you really shouldn’t be listening to music number two Bulls on Parade Rage Against the Machine I’m probably showing my age here guys at all these 9s and 80s songs but it just doesn’t get any better than that the music was better back then period and number one basically it could have been anything by this band but for me enter s Man by Metallica by far the best workout song to get yourself up ready and ready to start bashing through walls guys as I said the entire playlist down below hope we had a little bit of fun Jesse come back in here for a minute as I said Jesse’s been an intern for us she’s been a really good asset to us everything we’ve been doing and I appreciate everything he does um I know this wasn’t your idea of what you might have appeared in showed up in but you’re a good sport and I really do appreciate it and guys athlet X like I said it’s all about getting you motivated however that is it’s about getting yourself to the workout it’s about leaving it out on the floor and whatever motivates you to do that that’s what I want you to do even if it is Rick Ashley then play it and play it Loud and get yourself going the bottom line is bring the intensity let’s all start
